Anhui Shunyuan Zhifang Co., Ltd. (phase I) was officially put into operation

On August 17, 2021, Anhui Shunyuan Zhifang Co., Ltd. (phase I), located in Susong Industrial Park, Susong County, Anqing City, China, was officially put into operation. Xie Changbing, member of the Standing Committee of Susong County Party committee and executive deputy county magistrate of Anqing City, Xia Youhua, member of the Standing Committee of the county Party committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of the economic development zone, and Zheng Tianjun, Zheng Fengyuan, Huang Junhua, Cheng Ming and other leading guests of the board of directors of Anhui Shunyuan Zhifang attended.

At 8 a.m., Zheng Zunyi, general manager of Anhui Shunyuan Zhifang Co., Ltd., officially started production under the witness of leaders, guests and friends from all walks of life, and the salute went off.

Anhui Shunyuan Zhifang Co., Ltd. is a key investment attraction enterprise of Anqing city and Susong County Government, with a total planned investment of 4 billion yuan, forming a high-intelligent and high-quality yarn production capacity of 1 million spindles, with an annual output of 180000 tons of high-quality yarn. The project covers a total planned land area of 1106 mu, including 206 mu for phase I project, with a total investment of 800 million yuan. It will build 200000 spindle spinning production lines, which can produce more than 30000 tons of high-quality yarn after completion. The planned land for phase II and phase III projects is 900 Mu, and it is planned to build 800000 spindle spinning scale production lines

The project adopts the first-class spinning equipment at home and abroad, and uses the production line of blowing carding, coarse and thin connection, single spindle inspection, whole process packaging line to realize the automatic connection of main processes. The Internet plus spinning MES industrial Internet system equipped with 5G communication is used in the workshop to realize online data collection, monitoring, analysis and prediction of the whole process of the production line. The number of employees per 10000 ingots of the project is about 15, and its digitization, intellectualization, energy conservation and employment can meet the level required by the made in China 2025 plan
